Sprint Backlog Id: SCR-5.1

User Story: As a SOFA Administrator I want to be able to remove users from the system by clicking a UI element from within SCR-IMP-3.

Notes
Refer to sprint backlog for more information on the req.

This has not been done. Removing user from the database permanently is fine. However before doing so the user should be removed from any persons. Also if this is happening does this mean the person should have there deleted flag set?
