Sprint Backlog Id: SCR-IMP-7

User Story: As a user anytime my authentication has not been checked by the system for more than 120 minutes I should be forced to a login page to re authenticate. So that the risk of stale connections and computers left open reduces within the system.

This is an easy implementation according to the Identity examples. May want to consider adding this as a settings so it can be adjusted within reason. If this is the case thought it would need to be propagated back through the framework so it becomes current straight away.
