Sprint Backlog Id: SCR-IMP-6

User Story: As a user or SOFA Administrator I want to be able to edit personal information found on the user administration page generated by SCR-IMP-3. So that a users information is kept up to date within the organization.

Refer to sprint backlog for more information on the req.

This code still needs some work so that changes to a user personal email are reflected in SOFAUser email and user name fields.
