Due to forms being added to the database each time the link is accessed.

@Terminal-Coding/engineers not really sure how to attack this. I'm guessing the easiest way is to have a separate process/script running, but I'm thinking we reassign this to sprint 5.

we should just worry about getting enrolments working and stable at the moment. This is our goal I think.
