Description of storage solution(s) independent of dataset

From a practical point of view, there is a need to describe the storage solutions that will be used within a project on a more general level and independent of a dataset, e.g. for review by the IT department or in the context of legal/ethical review processes.
This should also include a reference to the applicable storage guide (partial overlap with the related policies discussion #94 )

This information may also be used for automated service allocation or resource planning for trusted research environments or HPC resources. For this use case, it is also important to indicate when storage can be terminated.

Currently, the only way to describe storage is for a dataset which has a distribution which has a host. While dataset fits will for (about to be) published datasets, it is more difficult to reflect the data management in the early stages of a project within this structure.
