Project : 0 ...n Is it relevant? Any examples ? Or would the reverse occur more often : 1 project linked to several plans?

data_quality_assurance : 0 ..n or 0 ..1 if a description is expected .

For project - DMP, we are here describing DMP as a (single) root elements as this is a maDMP specification. For data_quality_assurance, I am not totally sure but you may possibly have multiple applied principles/techniques for assurance that are supposed to be described separately.

@TomMiksa can you add anything more to this (what were the foundations for such decisions)?
