Stellarity for Beeper_OS

Forked version of Stellarity with modifications for the Beeper_OS Vanilla+ server.

Changes with Stellarity

General

Cleaned up repository tree and moved datapack files to datapack/.
Rename music_pack and resource_pack to remove underscores.
Remove funding, docs and mod files.

Mechanics

Replace all custom leather armour to netherite armour.
Prevent armour trails for showing if the player is in the Vanished team.
Fix Empress of Light loot drops.

Items

Dragons Eye was removed due to scoreboard team incompatibility.
Fix Fury Berries consecretion check.
