Steps to reproduce:
1. CentOS 6.5 (i think any other host with the current openVZ too) with 
2.6.32-042stab088.4 Kernel
2. current ovz-webPanel 
3. activated VE_LAYOUT=ploop

Actual result: no auto backup available

Expected result: there should be a new file for the current day

Is there an option to run a backup task by rake? If there is, which one?
