Aegean requires the following modules:

astropy (0.4-rc1)
mpfit (included)
pprocess (included)
sqlite3
numpy (1.7+)
scipy (developed on 0.12.1 but probably works on much earlier versions)

All of which are either included or easily installed using pip.
