Minor usability improvement: Allow Delete key to erase newlines in the text editor #21

Right now you can use Backspace to erase newlines but not Delete. This was confusing to me at first.

Pressing Delete twice from here should shift the :loop block up two lines and leave my cursor where it is. Currently, it does nothing.
If this is an intentional use-case for how holding Delete only ever affects a single line of code, then maybe holding Delete could erase newlines for consecutive empty lines, but refuse if the next line isn't empty.

now i've also realized you also can't delete a newline with backspace either if you're on the first cell of a non-empty line. maybe there's some zzt text editor traditions here i'm not familiar with
