Database names rendering incorrectly with special characters

Database names with special characters are rendering incorrectly in the current version of the app.

For example, dashes (-), registered trademark (®), and apostrophes (') are either not rendering and/or adding other strange letters/characters around them.

There is likely a way to tell reactable to handle special characters appropriately, but I am not sure.

Here's a de-identified example of the behavior:

This behavior is experienced in OhdsiShinyModules v3.1.1 and ShinyAppBuilder v3.2.0
