Option to remove/suppress/censure results prior to sharing

In a Cohort Diagnostics network study, a study data partner may want to suppress the share of results after reviewing the diagnostic output. Justifications may be

• determination that the cohortId is not fit for the data source Fit for use diagnostics - is a cohort definition implemented in a data source fit for use #480
• local policy or governance reasons

These are decisions that are made post execution of cohort diagnostics, but prior to sharing.
