UX Design Testing - Counsel-for-diversity-Inclusion Website. See below list of Testing for website please let me know if you have any questions.

1. There is a lot of Content missing on this website still for go live that needs to be uploaded. I have put @NontobekoZuma name next to the ones that need content uploaded.
2. I will update the Slider banner images and where logo's need to be resized in the CMS.
3. I have organised the Assets folder on the CMS backend into folders so we and client know where to find images, icons, resources etc. Please when you upload content place them in the folders provided.
4. I'll add Mobile testing to this list tomorrow.

Desktop: Chrome Version 120.0.6099.234

General across website:

• Content: needs to be checked and uploaded in sections where there is lorem ipsum and content missing (@NontobekoZuma)
• Content: All button links need to be checked that they are going to the correct pages and links and theat those pages have content otherwise remove the button if there is no content for that page. (@NontobekoZuma)
• Content: Events need to be uploaded to the website there are no actual events right now? Do we hide this section on the website for Go live until there are events to add?( @NontobekoZuma)
• Siya fix background patterns to the bottom of section blocks
• Footer Linkedin icon not linking to the correct Linkedin account? Going to Flow Linkedin.
• Footer and Dropdown menu's subpages for Purpose and Steering Committee please anchor tag theses links to the About us page correct Section Headings when you click these links. Because there is content for landing pages.

Homepage:

• Content: Slider second Banner Content and CTA copy needed or we just have the one Banner for launch?
  I have added placeholder image and copy for now for example to the banner to be replaced for go live. (@NontobekoZuma)
• Latest Resources is missing background light grey with pattern to break up the section from Founding corporate GC partners section below.
• Partners and Logo's need to be resized for square logo's eg. TotalEnergies and Absa (Cara to resize these for Siya)
• Content: Partners and Members Please check all Logo's are the correct ones from client and that the client has provided all logo's needed on the website. (@NontobekoZuma)
• Reduce the line spacing on the Card headings for Resources

About us:

• Content: Sections should be Overview heading paragraph, then Purpose heading paragraph on the dark blue section. then Statement of support should be on the white background with image as it is related to the Steering committee section. (@NontobekoZuma)
• Overview section at the moment the content is breaking the layout. Siya please have the Pattern fixed to the bottom of the section so that if more copy is added it shifts down instead of wrapping around the pattern.
• Steering Committee cards Logos need to be resized eg. Standard bank Check they are not getting stretched and squashed. (Cara to resize Logo where needed)
• Steering Committee if the is no Linkedin profile linked then we need to hide the icon from card and Bio's.
• Working Groups entry page use the same layout as the Team Bio entry page. These layouts need to be fixed they are broken and without content at the moment. We need to have at lease one placeholder example of the layout.
• Content: Members and Partners Logo's need to be provided and checked they are correct by client and PM or each section heading (@NontobekoZuma)
• Working groups icons use svg icons i'll upload them to Assets folder for you Siya

Members and Partners:

• Content: Resources entry pages need to be created and loaded not just have a download button to pdf for SEO and Google ranking purposes. We need some Resource content entry pages loaded for go live otherwise there is not a lot of content on the website to search and promote. (@NontobekoZuma)

Events

• Content: Events are missing we need content loaded for go live otherwise we hide this for go live. We do need some examples to test website search filter, cards and entry pages properly for when they do load them on the CMS. (@NontobekoZuma) (@Siya)

• Is submitting an event button going to be the email form and are they managing it on their end? (@NontobekoZuma)

Contact us

• Place the Contact us form inside a container with a fixed width so it doesn't stretch to full width especially for large screens it doesn't look great.
• Place the Join the initiative form inside a container with a fixed width and for any other forms on the site.
