What new functionality do you need?

New TC_tracker package (v1.2.0) is available. Is is now Cmake'd and includes support for additional machines. It is installed on Gaea C6 but needs to be installed everywhere else, tested, and then ens_tracker_ver=v1.2.0 updated in version files.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

The tracker works on each supported platform.

Acceptance Criteria

Tracker and genesis jobs work correctly and produce output.
