Include data from landfill sites?

Miljødirektoratet's database includes discharges from landfill sites, and it seems they have data on TOTN, TOTP, SS and TOC (and BOF5). I'm not sure if these values are directly measured or estimated but, either way, we have most of the information necessary to include them in TEOTIL3.

The fluxes are not that large, but would be worth including nonetheless:

Once the basic model is working OK, it should be easy to add new sources like this.
