스타트 씬을 추가하여, 옵션 등의 기능 추가
힐팩 아이템 추가 (기능 구현은 체력바 해결후 구현)
사운드 추가
언어 선택 추가

기대 결과:

위 기능이 모두 동작해야합니다.
