After one year of contribution and maintenance, i genuinely think mesh open source now is "too much". To put into a list, now we've got:

Existing components

Main repo - https://github.com/MeshJS/mesh

  1. Mesh core
  2. Mesh react
  3. Mesh contract

Multisig

  1. https://github.com/MeshJS/multisig

WIP

Mesh saas

  1. Hosted Yaci
  2. Hosted utils & serializer
  3. Mesh cquisitor

Suggestion

Given current scattered pieces of works, I suggest consolidating the work - consolidate means either one direction:

  1. deprecating non core stuff
  2. merging some pieces together

Quick ideas is most works could be classified as:

  1. Packages - mesh core
  2. Examples & education - mesh react / contract
  3. Hosted services

I think only packages and part of hosted services should be actively maintained given current small group of contributors. And we strategically moving some non-core pieces into archive mode.

Let's brainstorm
