clip start and clip end: differences between CAM and viewport properties #25

Currently only the camera clip start and end are setup in the scene, while the viewport ones are not. This results in certain visualizations to fail in preview, while being correctly rendered.

Should we link the 2 clips together? or have it commanded by a separate variable?
