前端用sse协议，后端如何判断链接断开，Fastapi可以通过await request.is_disconnected()来判断，但是使用lazyllm中的FastapiApp不能用这个方法

麻烦提供一下问题的复现方式吧，可以把与业务相关的逻辑去掉，仅提供脱离业务的最小复现即可
