2captcha failed to check balance

When I try to test my 2captcha api key I am catching the error "Failed to check account balance, see logs for more info" but when I check the logs with verbose logging on as well as check 2captchas dashboard no entries are found for testing the api. Please advice and let me know if I can provide any additional information. Thanks in advance!
