On the proposal details page you want to check revisions to track the changes.

Steps to reproduce

1. On the proposal details page click review versions (choose the proposal that has more than 7 revisions or make them artificially in the browser code inspector)
2. Scroll down to see all the revisions

Actual behavior

If there are more than X number of revisions, depending on the screen size, scrolling affects the whole page

Expected behavior

If there are more than X number of revisions, depending on the screen size, scrolling should affect only versions card.
