This is due to CC canceling the interaction event early: https://github.com/team-abnormals/caverns-and-chasms/blob/af39d3b68d1c738e2024cca51018fd1d76d88bbf/src/main/java/com/teamabnormals/caverns_and_chasms/core/other/CCEvents.java#L131

Can't do much.
