Feature: Add the ability to disable ammo drops in rando saves

3DS has an option for changing ammo drops. The options are "On", "On + Bombchus" and "Off". We're currently using a checkbox "Enable Bombchu Drops" that simple toggles between "On" and "On + Bombchus", but it might be nice to change that checkbox to a dropdown in the future and include disabling ammo drops entirely.

That disabled all drops, not just ammo.

Ideally we facilitate both seperately. One option for ammo, one option for the rest. That's how 3DS has it set up anyway.
