rando fishing - update text to make it clear when the rando reward has been given

when playtesting rachael bravo, i realized it wasn't obvious if the fish i had was big enough for the reward or not

since it's possible to have a blue rupee as the reward, i'm thinking it'd be good to update the fisherman text to make it obvious to the player if they need to get a bigger fish for the rando reward, or if the rando reward was junk.

might be a good opportunity to take advantage of the new custom text engine

moving this to v3 so we can do it well (and possibly include other improvements to fishing too), made #1503 as a way to improve the rando fishing experience in the short term

The message currently mentions it being a new record and receiving your prize. Was it not that way before, and that's not clear enough?

the issue was with people not getting a big enough fish and thinking the blupee was the reward. New players might not notice the lack of prize text.
