Add a system to review device security and suggest setting that a user might want to turn on or off to make the device more secure. It would also be nice if it could review app permissions maybe the user has forgotten about but put them at a high risk

You can review app permissions via the standard permission manager UI. Permissions also get revoked from apps after a long time via a standard Android feature. We could add a bunch of suggestions on how to improve security, etc. In general we try to enable privacy and security features by default when there aren't major drawbacks, but some can't be the default, so we could have some kind of user interface to guide people through how they could improve it further. Not really clear what that would look like.
How about using the status monitor thing (Looks good, scan device) in Settings > Security & privacy? It's currently a very useless feature but it could be modified explicitly for GrapheneOS.
That's meant for things that are clearly problematic where 99.99% of people should listen to it and do it. It's not meant for giving recommendations on taking more advanced measures to improve privacy and security with drawbacks.
