Before deleting the user profile, the screen must be unlocked again using fingerprint, PIN, or password.

I prefer option 1."

Alternatively, you must switch to Owner profile to delete the user profile.

For example,
Delete 1 from this device , the user must unlock the screen again using fingerprint/PIN/password to delete '1
profile
