How to run GeoDa on Debian 12+?

Although Ubuntu is a Debian-based Linux, we cannot run GeoDa on Debian. I would like to know there is way I run GeoDa Debian Linux not.

Can you share the error messages when you installing the deb file on your Debian (can you also share which version?)?
We've tried to make a build for Debian #2505, but didn't get any update from there.
