  1. Place fence down
  2. Place sign on top of fence

Versions

Image any mods or resourcepacks you have what are needed to reproduce the issue?

I found that https://modrinth.com/mod/ebe used with block state culling settings is causing the issue. Turing off the enhanced sign in EBE fixes it.
