Invite external user, to join an organization, via email

It should be disallowed to org admins to add users to an existing org, via search box (in order to prevent spam). Users should instead by invited via email, superseeded by: #772

OLD: Important feature to have: organization admin/owners invite an external user via email. When the user joins, they become automatically members of the organization that invited them.
