Panasonic TV not accepting HDMI input

Describe the bug
the TV has stopped accepting HDMI from either chromecast (2 different versions of) or mac or whatever with multiple adapter switches etc. Apparently it was also not working on Tuesday but noone told me. Have factory reset a couple of times to no avail. May need an RMA

Expected behavior
HDMI connected devices to work....

No record in emails or xero of when it was purchased (or if it was purchased...)

Looks like this is DOA. I think this was an AlertLogic one....

Also previously tested with component and a few other things, no dice.

Possibly a skipper or a Martin-er
