The models do not download automatically because of the hugging face authentication and there are no clear instructions of the default routes of the preprocessors model file loads.

I had the same issue. You can try clearing the huggingface credential in a terminal.

huggingface-cli logout

I've pushed a fix for this issue, see if the author would accept my pull request.

Update 16/2/2025
Good news: PR has been merged, update the plugin and this should be fixed.
