Consider adding a "best practices" section #674

A dedicated section which details best practices with esdb would be cool.

"Best practices" are debatable, but, as examples:

Avoid having clusters in sizes which can result in split brain situations
Prefer followers for reading as opposed to leader whenever possible
For high throughput use cases, consider placing the index on a separate disk
Best practices with ACLs
etc...

Could these potentially be created as short videos, or would text-based articles be a better medium?

I was thinking about text-based articles, but I don't see why videos wouldn't work.
