Description

When I released the release did not tell me to upload the manifest.json, main.js, and style.css files to the release so I totally forgot it is necessary because its been so long since I uploaded an update.

Ideally we would automatically upload these files or we would have it spit out a message yelling at us when we do.

Reproduction steps

npm run release

Ideally this will also make the release process increment the Versions in the file .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/1-bug_report.yml or atlease yell at us to do it.
