[CHORE] Change Version Input Type on Issue Templates #39

Issue templates that include a dropdown to capture the version a user is running need to be updated every time there is a new release. We should change that field to a text box.

We could... Or we could make the release thingy update that when it pushes an update it needs to update the manifest.json anyway why not one more thing?
