Description

The version in manifest-beta.json should also be updated during an official release to prevent the latest beta version being older than the latest official release.

Reproduction steps

  1. Release an official version.
  2. View manifest-beta.json.

Expected Result

I expected the version to be updated to the latest official release.

Actual Result

The version remained at the previous beta release, which was now older than the latest official release.
