Allow to use custom header and empty column on export.

Usage

Configuring and using custom headers

1. Go on the Import/Export->Custom Header page
2. active "Use Custom Header" to use the new headers
3. Generate / update headers with "Generate headers" button.

Then, you can :

• Change the Initial Header name by adding a Custom Header Name
• Create a new line to export an empty column with a Custom Header Name
