WFRP - Player permission cant see the weather form even if option is activate #204

Even if I activate the option to allow player to see the weather form :

The toggle button is not present (even on mouse over) on the player screen and they cant acces to the weather form :

Does not appear to be System-specific. I have the exact same issue in Forbidden Lands system; players cannot see the weather and/or moon, even if I give them the needed permissions.
