Cannot find module 'truffle-hdwallet-provider'

When doing the tutorial:

truffle migrate --reset --network testrpc

Error: Cannot find module 'truffle-hdwallet-provider'

RICO was originally built to be tested with truffle-hdwallet-provider@0.0.3.
To make it run temporarily you can npm install -g truffle-hdwallet-provider@0.0.3.

We are working on upgrading RICO's test environment to support the latest truffle-hdwallet-provider version.
