Contact people on the promotion list #11

Using the list developed in #10 contact each person on promotion list. Make these contacts personalized. If a person is usually on twitter, tweet them, etc. Show that you know who they are and have paid attention to who they are and are not just spamming them. Let's not be bad recruiters.
