Display search query results to the user

Details:
-Search query is executed, but the results need to be displayed back to the user
-Any posts that match the user's search title should be shown
-If no posts match, display no results message where the search results should appear

• Search results are displayed in the designated search results area.
• Each result includes key information (title, content preview, author, date).
• If no results match the query, a corresponding message is shown (e.g., "No results found.").
