可能是堆积起来的 现在逻辑设计有问题：二十秒内 有欢迎就加入待欢迎列表 只要二十秒内有就一直加一直堆积一直刷新二十秒
直到没有新的加入再发送 造成堆积然后一直发送

这个问题可能需要重构一下逻辑 因为目前无论是欢迎姬 还是感谢礼物姬等 都是基于这个逻辑 ，日后会朝着每个欢迎语都有单独的二十秒去开发重构，至少现在是不行的

嗯，因为我看web控制面板是可以每次感谢或者欢迎多少人，如果能根据每次感谢或者欢迎多少人调用最新的那设置的“1”或者“2”然后调用最新的清除旧的再根据多少秒这样比较合理
