Help page should list instructions for various processes:

ingest:
- getting items into the shared dir
- selecting items to ingest
- adding descriptive metadata
- what happens when you hit 'ingest'
general
- what to do if there's an error
lto:
- what is LTFS
- document LTO tape ID format
- what does "mount tape" mean
- how to mount a tape
- how to write to a tape
- how to eject and replace tapes

Info page should list:

non-secret config options
- current user names? is this too sensitive?
- dir paths for shared dir and DIP output dir
what information is stored in the pymm database

The config settings can be handled thru the admin pane. Need to add Config viewer/just straight display of config options for admin user(s).
