Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Azure CLI runs emulated on the Windows Dev Kit 2023

Describe the solution you'd like
Please consider releasing a build of Azure CLI that runs natively on ARM64. There are already builds of Python available that run on ARM64, but only for 3.11 onwards which may pose a problem initially.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The software executes fine (as far as I can tell) when running emulated, but performance would be improved if it ran natively
