Volunteer Opportunity component

Create a VolunteerOpportunity.js component with the following, as shown in Figma:

• Title in front of a dark gradient background
• Date
• Location
• About (description of the opportunity)
• Tags (create a separate component for one tag, then import it into this component)
• Sign Up button

There will be multiple volunteer opportunities available at a time, so use props to customize the component with different parameters for the title, date, location, etc.
