Description

Add a subheader "Andre innstillinger" and set up a tab menu with "Navigasjon" and "Datamodell" tabs, each with its respective icon. Ensure the logic correctly highlights the active tab visually.

Should we consider a placeholder of some sorts for these tabs?
Something that informs the users that content will be arriving in these tabs soon.
That gives us some slack, and allows us to actually make this page available for our users before we are finished with populating the tabs with content. In addition it allows us to make tab content available tab by tab, instead of a "big bang" release.

I see that this issue is already in progress, so it could be a separate issue if we decide to go for something like that.

Yes, we talked about just adding an info message saying that this page is under construction and content will be added gradually. Could that work?
