Default state for time

Hi there,

Looking at your demo page, ( https://allenwooooo.github.io/rc-datetime-picker/ ) the default state of the hour/min sliders is 0/0 even if the time is set. Do you have a resolution/work-around for this?

I think this repository/package will not be active any more.

Please use this improved package and if that issue was still exist, report that issue to the improved package repo and help us making it better than before.
