[Bug]: Ancient Soul Berries cannot be harvested with right click

What happened?

As title suggests, Ancient Soul Berries cannot be harvested with right click on fully grown Ancient Vines. Attempting to bone meal normal Ancient Vines will still change the texture to have berries, but they cannot be interacted with. F3 view shows the state of the block as having berries. Interacting with bonemeal while fully grown will consume bonemeal but not affect the state of the block. Destroying the vines will only drop one berry, or sometimes the ancient vine.

(Bug persisted in version 2.30, prior to updating to troubleshoot)
