[Bug]: Cannot break unobtanium with miner's fervor enchanment

What happened?

Not much to say. Saw an unobtainium ore, went to break it and it was like breaking bedrock. simply nothing happened to it...
i disenchanted my pick, and it worked fine.
Presumably this also applies to vibranium and allthemodium..

Update; This seems to affect ANYTHING that is.... technically breakable, but is noted by jade to be 'unbreakable'. Specifically pylons, as i cannot mine my own pylons with my pick. my bear hand works just fine though.

(also i probably should have made this issue with the mod that adds miner's fervor... Apothic Enchanting.)

This is a consequence of the way we do the harvest check in AllTheModium and Pylons, there probably isn't really anything they can do to fix it.
