ATM10 - 1.16

What happened?

Hi folks. We're still on 1.16. I have skimmed the release notes to 1.25 but didn't spot a mention of this. (Otherwise, only extra mod is Discord Integration and I have searched for prior issues.)

We can't strip a Demonic Log with an axe (tried Diamond and Unobtanium) and JEI only lists the Minecolonies woodcutter. Is that intentional?
