These are some tasks to finalize the Windows 3.1 Style:

Show a dropdown menu when the control button (the top left button) is single clicked. (All items other than Exit can be non-functional).
Disable the hover state blue highlight when the pointer is over the menu items.
Consider increasing the font size of the menu items to match the title bar. (Optional)
Check if the style of the dropdown menu is accurate.

Each of these issues can have their own PR.
